Entering the business world, Stephen joined what is today Thrivent and quickly became the top producer and moved into management where he built an agency based in Nashville, TN.
Having graduated from the College for Financial Planning and earning Financial Planner of the Year from one of the country’s leading financial companies, Stephen built his own firm with over 100 financial advisors throughout the US working with some of the top money managers and eventually launched a family of mutual funds and managed several hedge funds.
Having written four books including Money for Life and Money on Loan From God which became very popular for years with the Christian men’s organization Promise Keepers, Stephen became an expert guest on CNN, Bloomberg TV, regional Fox, CBN and hundreds of radio programs.
Stephen has also consulted on numerous faith-based senior housing development projects where his zeal for living a life of value and hope regardless of age resonates well.
Working with his brother and long time partner Mark Bolt, today Stephen enjoys bringing his tremendous reach of the financial world into the classroom through the non-profit American Financial Education Alliance educating the public while also assisting clients through Provision Point Financial out of their middle Tennessee offices.
